How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account directly inside the app under Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your data is permanently removed from our active database within 30 days. If you cannot access the app, email us and we will handle the deletion for you.
I forgot my password.
Use the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in screen to receive a secure reset link by email. If the email never arrives, check your spam folder or contact us.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Email us with a short description and, if possible, your device model and app version. We triage feedback weekly and prioritise issues that affect the most users.
